Windows Rocket Application Launcher

This application is a designed to the be a very very simple application
launching utility for Windows.	It requires no setting up, getting the
information it needs from "Program Manager".  It purpose is to provide a
short cut route to starting applications without having to switch to
"Program Manager".

On start up WinRocket will establish a DDE link with "Program Manager"
to get the names of all the groups and their contained applications.
It will then use this to build a set of popup menu that directly reflects
the "Program Manager" layout (sorted alphabetically).

If you have a large number of applications in a variety of groups and are
happy to use the facilites of "Program Manager" to organise them and do not
want to add a another layer of configuration on top of this then WinRocket
should make it faster for you to load up your applications.

One of the motivating reason for writing WinRocket was to get some DDE
classes working.  To aid in this the work was done on a Windows NT platform
as it provides a cleaner envionment than Windows 3.1.  Hence WinRocket is
a Windows NT application.  I have also run it on Windows 3.1 using the
Win32s thunking layers.	It uses only the Win32s subset of the Win32 API and
should run with the Windows Version 4.0 (Chicago) though has not been tested
on this platform.
